Basic Beginnings is grant funded by the Wyoming Department of Education to provide you the TANF preschool program. To qualify for this program, your child must have reached his or her third birthday by August 1st, 2023.
According to research, the most significant component of truly effective preschool is the level of knowledge of the teacher in child development and teaching. Knowledgeable and well trained teachers quite rightfully receive higher salaries. The result is that the highest quality preschool education is usually also the most costly. We strive to make our preschool program available to everyone, regardless of ability to afford it. We offer free preschool to income eligible families through a generous grant from the Wyoming Department of Education.
